Cottage Information
Access to the property is through the parking area, down a flight of stone steps and around to the front of the building. Entrance through communal hallway. As you enter Chy an Kerris there is a small hallway with coat hanging space. This leads you to the lounge/dining room with integrated kitchen area. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 3 and a chaise long which is perfect for staring out over the stunning view. It has a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and electric coal effect fire. The dining area seats 4 people and the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge with icebox and washer dryer. The double bedroom has a 4'6" divan and an en-suite shower/wc. The 2nd bedroom has twin 3" divans. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, hand wash basin & wc. To the front of the property there is a sub-tropical communal garden area with table and chairs. To the rear, there is a communal decked area which can be used up to 9pm.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area
Chy an Kerris is the former home of St Ives sculptor Barbara Hepworth, which has now been converted into several flats. Flat 1 is a ground floor apartment with stunning views across the St Ives bay and is only a short walk from Carbis Bay beach and the coastal path.
