Cottage Information

Entrance to the property is via a flight of stairs to the first floor level. On this level there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath, whb and WC. Dining room with colour TV and harbour views. Small well equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, a double room and a twin. The twin has harbour views. Steep stairs take you up to the 2nd floor. At the top of the stairs there is a light and airy landing area with table & chairs, perfect for morning coffee & taking in the views of the harbour. There is also a small cloakroom with WC & whb. The large lounge has a double bed settee and stunning harbour views. The lounge opens onto a small balcony with patio furniture. Off the lounge there is a 3rd bedroom, this one is a double bedded room.

FACILITIES: 2 Colour TV's with Freeview. DVD player with a selection of DVD's. Music system. Electric cooker, microwave & fridge with icebox. Washing machine. Gas central heating throughout. Gas & electric included. Duvets are provided, but visitors must bring their own bed linen or can be hired from Rainbow Hire 01736 797090. Garage parking for 1 car approx 5 mins walk away. Damage deposit £100 payable when booking and refundable after a satisfactory inspection. Nearest pub/beach 150 yds. Shops on the doorstep.
