Cottage Information

From the front door you enter into a large open plan kitchen/diner/living room with bay window overlooking the harbour. The U-shaped kitchen is modern & well equipped. Off the lounge is a double bedroom which has a colour tv and harbour views. Off the kitchen area is the 2nd bedroom which has twin 2' 6" beds and colour tv. There is a shower room with shower cubicle & whb and a separate toilet.

FACILITIES: Colour TV's with Freeview in lounge & both bedrooms. DVD. Video. Double electric oven & 5 ring gas hob. Fridge & small counter top freezer. Dishwasher. Washing Machine. Gas central heating throughout & gas coal effect fire in lounge. Gas & Electric included. Duvets provided, but visitors must bring their own bed linen & towels. Linen can be hired from Done & Dusted phone number 01736 795404. No parking but public car parks near by where you can purchase a weekly ticket. Dogs welcome Oct - March. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after a satisfactory inspection. Shops 20 yds. Beach 10 yds. NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

Seagull House is a bright & airy first floor flat with glorious views over St Ives Harbour & Bay. This property gets the sun all day and is perfect for sitting & watching the world go by. Access from the harbour is via 1 flight of stairs or from Carnglaze Place via 5 steps.
