Cottage Information

Access to the property is via 10 stone steps up to the communal hallway. The apartment has an open plan kitchen/diner/living area with a double sofa bed. There is a double bedroom with colour tv and a shower room with shower cubicle, wc & whb.

FACILITIES: 2 colour TV's with Freeview. Hard drive recorder. Electric oven & hob. Fridge with ice box. Microwave. Spin dryer. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen (linen can be hired from Rainbow Hire on 01736 797090). Convector heater & portable electric heaters. Electricity included. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Beach 150yds. Shops & pub 5 mins walk. NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

The Joeann is a lovely ground floor apartment which is situated in an elevated position above Porthminster Beach. This quiet terrace is only 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute walk into the centre of St Ives.
