Cottage Information

Harbour Lights is a second floor apartment and approached from the rear . The property is warm and comfortable. The lounge/diner has stunning views over the harbour and St Ives Bay. The separate galley kitchen is well equipped. There are two bedrooms, a double with harbour and sea views and a room with 2x 3ft single beds. The shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and WHB. Facilities: 3 Colour TV's. Videos/DVD. Playstation and games. Books/video/board games. Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge. Freezer. Dishwasher. Washing Machine. Duvets. Bed linen supplied and beds made up. Cot. Highchair. Gas central heating. Hand towels. Tea towels. Gas and Electric included. Telephone (honesty box) Parking Space for 2 cars (second car must be no bigger than Ford Focus). £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.
