Steps from the car park take you to this 2nd floor apartment. Small shared hall leads to lounge/kitchen/diner with glorious views of Porthminster Beach. The lounge has three single bed settees and colour TV. The kitchen has been completely refurbished. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with bath with shower attachment, toilet and WHB.
