Cottage Information

Entrance into property is via a large entrance hall which has plenty of hanging space.  From here you enter into the large open plan kitchen/diner/living area.  The kitchen is very well equipped and modern and has a breakfast bar with stools.  There is a large round solid wood dining table and chairs in the dining area and large L shaped couch in the lounge area.  The lounge has a balcony off it with garden furniture and it has views of the garden and distant sea glimpses.  Also off the lounge is the family bathroom which comprises of a shower over the bath, wc & whb, and a bedroom which has twin 3' beds and also a pull out bed.  A spiral staircase takes you from the lounge to the lower ground floor where there is a utility room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower, wc & whb and there is also a study area.  The study has patio doors which open out onto the low maintenance garden area which is decked and has patio table and chairs, a beach shower and a water feature.N.B. This property is only suitable for 4 Adults and 1 Child and not 5 Adults.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Appartment 2 is situated on the ground and lower ground floors of the building. It is situated on the main road through Carbis Bay and is only a short walk to Carbis Bay beach and to the local shops.
