Cottage Information

To take full advantage of the views The Decks open plan living area is on the first floor, light & contemporary with high quality furnishings. Large patio doors lead to a decked balcony on several levels. For the enthusiastic chef  there is a very well equipped kitchen and dining room, there is also a cloakroom. The three large bedrooms are on the ground floor a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, en-suite with double shower whb and toilet, patio doors lead to decked area with wonderful views. A spacious second double bedroom and twin bedroom share a large family bathroom with bath, hand shower, whb and toilet. There is a utility room and a garage, ideal for storing surf boards and wet suits. The garden has a real seaside feel with plenty of seating areas to take advantage of the sun at all times of the day and just the place to watch the sun go down.

Non smoking property. A damage deposit of £100 payable on booking & refunded after a satisfactory inspection.

NOTE: The property has open tread stairs to the living area and therefore is not really suitable for small children. 

Perranporth Area

Nestling in the dunes and with uninterrupted views across the wide sandy beach to the sea this is the ultimate peaceful retreat, with miles of coastal walks and breathtaking scenery on the doorstep. Perranporth is an excellent base , it has a good selection of restaurants and shops, excellent beaches and testing links golf course. All around are interesting places to visit, Padstow with the lovely old harbour and Camel Cycle Trail, Newquays surfing beaches and to the south the artist's haunt of St Ives with cobbled lanes, excellent beaches, many good restaurants and the Tate Gallery.
