Cottage Information

From your own private decked area you enter a bright open plan lounge/dining area comfortably furnished with a compact kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, a twin room with views to the front courtyard garden and a double bedroom. The shower room has electric shower, whb and toilet. There is a sunny decked area to the front of the bungalow to relax.

FACILITIES: Col TV/DVD. Electric cooker. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Bed Linen provided. Electric included. Heating by electric convector heaters. Private parking. Well behaved pet welcome (£50 Damage Deposit to be taken, if bringing a pet which is refundable after a satisfactory inspection on departure). Sorry non-smoking property.

Mullion Area

Fulmar is set amongst similar bungalows and located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and set within two acres of grounds. This spectacular setting has far reaching views over the National Trust harbour at Mullion Cove and out towards the sea towards Mounts Bay to the west. Unspoilt and offering excellent cliff top walking on the nearby Cornish Coastal Path or an escape to the local beaches of Polurrian and Poldu for relaxed family fun. The famous Lizard lighthouse & Kynance Cove just 15 minutes by car. Mullion Village is within 1.5 miles. It has a mini market for all your provisions, shops, pubs, restaurants an art gallery and the local Churches. For keen golfers Mullion Golf Course offers a cliff top challenge with wonderful views. St Michaels Mount, Goonhilly Earth Station and Flambards offer a great day out for all the family.

Mullion Cove Bungalows are built around a sunny south facing shared courtyard garden. There is also a large private open grassed area that overlooks the picturesque harbour below.
