Challaborough Bay Area

Island View looks straight out across beautiful Challaborough Bay and beyond to Burgh Island and Bigbury on Sea. This semi-detached house sits right on the edge of the beach, with steps from the front garden straight to the sands -ideal location for families, particularly with young children. Walk to Burgh Island at low tide, or hitch a lift at high tide, in the famous Sea Tractor. Abundance of sandy coves along the coastline and picturesque villages, most having a good food pub, offering local produce especially freshly caught fish and crab. The pretty town of Modbury is nearby with an interesting selection of shops. Totnes, Kingsbridge, Plymouth and Dartmoor are also within easy reach.
