Excellent first floor accommodation with own ground floor entrance, equipped and furnished to a high standard. Charming, spacious sitting room, with dining area, modern fitted galley-style kitchen. Spacious pretty twin bedroom. Separate single bedroom screened with curtain. Modern bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Col TV. Microwave. Electric cooker. Fridge/freezer. Bed linen supplied. Please bring your own towels and beach towels. Electric inclusive. Babies and older children welcome. Free parking 250yards. Shop and Pub 200yards. Beach 1 1/2 miles.  

Salcombe Area

Once part of a 17th century mews, this delightful property is situated in the pretty village of Malborough, with local shops and pubs, and only 1.5 miles from the coast. The picturesque maritime town of Salcombe is 3 miles and has good bistros, shops and water sports. A passenger ferry runs across the estuary to the wonderful sandy beaches and coastal path, with spectacular walks around the headland. Kingsbridge sits at the head of the estuary and has a sports/leisure centre.
