Cottage Information

External stairs lead up to this immaculate accommodation. Lounge/kitchen/diner with windows on three sides with views across the countryside and gardens. There are two attractive bedrooms, one a double with wash hand basin and the other a twin. Bathroom including bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet. Beautifully kept garden. Large colour TV with freeview. DVD player. Books, games & selection of DVD's. Spin dryer, Tumble dryer. Electric cooker. Fridge with ice-box. Microwave. Bed linen and towels included, please bring your own beach towels. Storage heating at £10 per week, payable on booking. £1 electric meter. Use of pretty garden (suitable for children with parental guidance) and garden furniture. Parking on gravel frontage for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking property.

The glorious beaches of Millbay and Sunny Cove, Lannacombe Bay and East Portlemouth are all within easy reach with the stunning scenery enjoyed along the coastal path practically on your doorstep.
