Stairs lead to master bedroom with sea views and en-suite shower and toilet. Double bedroom with sea views and wash hand basin. Twin bedroom with wash hand basin. Single bedroom with bunk beds. Single bed room with single bed and cot. Family bathroom including bath, wash hand basin and toilet. 2 Colour T.Vs. DVD player. Microwave. Range cooker & hob. Fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Start Point Area

Beautiful, large detached property within a short walk to the beach and its own secluded orchard and garden overlooking Start Bay and the rolling countryside of South Devon. A footpath leads onto the South West Way coastal footpath which will take you down to the ruins of the old Hallsands fishing village. Visit the lighthouse at Start Point (open at certain times for a guided tour) and walk to sheltered sandy coves and the superb Mattiscombe and Lannacombe beaches. A passenger ferry at East Portlemouth takes you across the estuary to Salcombe with lots of sailing activities on offer. Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are both close by offering excellent good food and inns. Perfect for the larger family or two families sharing.
