Cottage Information

Entrance door leading to main reception area. Stairs lead up to apartment on 3rd floor. Kitchen/dining/lounge area. Door to master bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Facilities: Colour TV with DVD player. CD player. Electric cooker & hob. Fridge with ice box. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels inclusive. - please bring your own beach towels. Sandy beach 1/4 mile. Pub 100 yrds, shops 150yrds. Horse-riding, quad bike hire and golf all neaby. No Smoking. £50 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.

Ilfracombe Area

Surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the North Devon coast and nestling amongst rugged cliffs lies the town of Ilfracombe - with its ancient and charming, natural harbour. Searock Apartments are newly converted and perfectly placed to enjoy walks to the harbour and sea, take a boat ride to Lundy Island or simply mingle amongst the many cafes and bars. A wide range of restaurants are available - treat yourself at the stylish Damien Hirst restaurant on the Quay. Streets awash with colour, hand-carved tunnels leading to sheltered beaches, rocky bays and rock pools are all on your doorstep, along with cinema, theatre and shops - or travel to nearby Woolacombe, Croyde or Saunton for miles of golden sands and sensational surf. Note: on the first floor there are individual storage cupboards for wetsuits, surf boards etc., on the second floor there is a large shower room and a laundry room and on the third floor there is sauna room with shower - all available to guests.
