Cottage Information

Door leads into open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Downstairs cloakroom. Stairs from the lounge area lead to master bedroom with double bed. Twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities including bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. Patio doors lead from each bedroom onto the balcony area with woodland views. Facilities: Colour TV with Sky Freeview and DVD player. Radio & CD player. Gas cooker and hob. Dishwasher. Microwave. Fridge with ice-box.  Washing machine/dryer.  Bed linen and towels included please bring your own beach towels. Parking beside cottage for 1 car. Garden furniture. Strictly no smoking please. Friday - Friday Changeover.

Kingford Area

Lovely detached cottage set with styled properties in the woodland area above the Taw Valley. Kingford and nearby villages provide a good selection of Country Pubs offering hearty meals using local produce. A host of activities are available locally including fishing, golf and horse riding. For the ramblers there are some lovely walks and Exmoor National Park is within easy reach. Bustling Barnstaple with a full range of entertainment including cinema and theatre is a just a few miles away or take the train ride through the countryside for shopping and sightseeing at Exeter. The surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are a short drive away.
