Cottage Information

ACCOMMODATION: Front garden leads to entrance with front door into hallway with stairs off.  Door to downstairs double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and wash hand basin.  Continue along hallway to lounge and fully fitted dining kitchen with access to patio area.   Stairs to first floor with two further double bedrooms with wardrobes and chest of drawers.  Twin bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Family bathroom having  bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.

FACILITIES: Colour TV (Freeview) with built-in DVD.  Video.  Electric oven and hob.  Microwave.  Two Fridges.  Freezer.  Dishwasher.  Washing Machine/Dryer.  Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.  Highchair.  Travel cot.  Garden furniture.    Full central heating.  Electricity included.  Parking 3 / 4 cars.  Sorry no smoking at this property.

Spacious end-terrace property situated within easy walking distance of Exeter City Centre which is full of character and ancient history. The capital city of Devon provides something for everyone, explore the Cathedral with its two magnificent towers, discover unique medieval passages built under the city centre, visit the historic Quay, many superb shops including the Princesshay shopping centre and plentiful cafes and restaurants.  Hop on the train to Exmouth or North Devon and spend a day on the coast.  The choice is endless!
