Welcome to the Lawns, a superb luxury 2 bedroom apartment set at the front of the original Georgian Manor House. Spacious, open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen. Stairs leading to a large light landing area with a collection of books. Master bedroom with plenty of room for a cot, ample storage and plenty of wardrobe space. Views across the beautifully maintained gardens of the manor house and the well stocked fishing lake. The second bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double if required. Family bathroom including bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a private enclosed south facing patio with garden furniture and bbq. At the front of the house is a large lobby area for muddy boots, fishing tackle and buggy.

This lovely 18th century country estate has been beautifully restored to provide top quality self-catering accommodation with a range of superb facilities, located in an unspoilt green valley in the heart of the South Hams. There are 28 acres of private grounds, including woodland, wild flower meadows, a walled orchard and a lake. Outdoor activities include a kidney-shaped outdoor swimming pool (heated during the summer season), a hard tennis court, boules and croquet & coarse fishing.
