This lovely studio apartment adjoins the owners detached property and enjoys views over the pretty 'best kept award' village of Berrynarbor. Sitting snugly between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin and with Exmoor National Park just a short drive away. With surfing beaches, the Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, golf and horse riding and so much more all within easy reach, this is an excellent base for exploring all that North Devon has to offer.
