Gated entrance to driveway. Steps to front door lead to porch area and hallway. Lounge. Kitchen/breakfast room. Utility Room. Dining Room. Shower room with double-size shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Double bedroom with en-suite bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Twin bedroom. Good size enclosed garden area approached down 3 steps, with patio. Facilities: Colour TV with Freeview. DVD player. Radio. Electric cooker and hob. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine/dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave. Bed linen included, please bring your own towels and beach towels. Travel cot and Highchair available. Garden furniture. BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. Barnstaple Area

Lovely detached and spacious bungalow set with similar properties. Yelland is a small village close to the popular and enchanting village of Instow, where the rivers Taw and Torridge meet before joining the sea. The sandy beach is revealed at low tide and the Tarka Trail is nearby for walking and cycling enthusiasts. A firm favourite with holiday-makers with extensive views, catamarans and kite & wind-surfing. Nearby Barnstaple boasts a good selection of shops along with cinema, theatre, bowling, good restaurants and pubs whilst the surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are just a few miles away. Ideal location to explore North Devon.
