Cottage Information

Steps from car park lead to main entrance. Stairs lead to first floor. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with balcony and stunning views over the National Trust land and down to the sea. Sofabed in lounge. Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and toilet.

Facilities Colour TV with Freeview. DVD player. Combined TV/DVD in bedrooms. Electric cooker with gas hob. Fridge. Freezer. Washing machine/dryer. Bed linen and towels inclusive, please bring your own beach towels. Parking for 1 car, and guest parking. Balcony furniture. Beach 8 mins walk, shop 5 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Horse-riding and golf nearby. NO SMOKING. £100 damage deposit which is refundable after a satisfactory inspection on departure. Fri - Fri Changeover.

Woolacombe Area

Superb apartment with views over the National Trust land and down to the sea. Just a short walk to the golden stretch of Woolacombe Sands which boasts one of the top beaches in Britain with numerous watersports, safe bathing and a friendly village atmosphere. For the energetic the coastal path runs through Woolacombe and nearby Mortehoe offering spectacular views where afterwards, you can relax in one of the many restaurants and pubs and watch the sunset - you won't want to leave.
