Cottage Information

Three steps lead to entrance lobby with staircase rising to first floor landing. Open plan lounge and kitchen area with woodburner effect fire. Double bedroom with countryside views. Shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. Delightful and private, south facing garden with furniture. Facilities: Colour TV. Radio. Electric cooker and hob. Fridge with ice-box. Microwave. Bed linen and towels included, please bring your own beach towels. Electricity included. Heating by oil fired electric heaters. Cot, highchair & stairgate. Garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 1 car. Shop 1 mile, Pub 1 mile. Beach 1½ mile. Sorry no pets or smoking.

Berrynarbor Area

Beautifully situated, this pretty detached barn conversion is set on the edge of one of North Devon's prettiest villages, with its amenities of ancient church, shop and 17th century village inn. Sitting in the grounds of the owners' property, Jans Barn enjoys wonderful views over the pretty gardens and Sterridge Valley. Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all a short drive away offering a host of amenities including cinema, theatre,good shopping, golf courses, pubs and restaurants. For miles of sandy beach and surf, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are just a few miles away whilst for walkers Exmoor National Park is a must.
