Accommodation: Front door leads to open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with beams and woodburner. Stairs lead to master bedroom with double bed and single bed. Double bedroom with twin beds. Family bathroom including bath with electric shower over and wash hand basin. Separate toilet. Shared garden and patio with other cottage on-site. Facilities: Colour TV with Freeview. DVD player. Logs provided. Electric cooker and hob. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge with ice-box. Freezer. Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair available. Garden furniture. BBQ. Shop/pub 2 miles. Beach approx 45mins drive. Golf, horse-riding and fishing all nearby. Strictly no smoking please. Friday changeover.

Set on the outskirts of the quiet and friendly village of Morchard Bishop, The Round House is ideal for those wishing to escape their busy lives and tour the beautiful scenery in the tranquil heartland of Devon. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are both nearby and miles of sandy coastline are just a short drive away. Nearby Exeter offers a host of restaurants, pubs and clubs, along with cinema, theatre and excellent shopping - make sure you stop off at one of the many country pubs serving real ales, good local produce and cream teas.
