Cottage Information

ACCOMMODATION: Peacefully tucked away, south-facing paved courtyard leads to entrance with front door into hallway. Light and spacious lounge. From the hallway, three steps down to cloakroom, utility room and fully fitted kitchen with dining area and access to the rear pebbled garden. Upstairs to the main bedroom and family bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin and toilet. Three steps then lead up to the spacious twin room. FACILITIES: Colour TV with Freeview. DVD player & recorder. Electric oven and hob. Microwave. Fridge. Freezer. Washing Machine. Tumble Dryer. Bed linen and towels provided. Internet access. Garden seating. Full central heating. Electricity included in main season, from October to end of April a charge of £20 per week is payable on booking. Parking. Sorry no smoking or children under 16 years at property. Pub 50 yards. Shop 100 yards. Bude coast 23 miles.

Hatherleigh Area

Centrally located in a quiet courtyard just off the main village street this modern end terraced house is an ideal base from which to explore this area of Devon. The charming village of Hatherleigh is lined with pretty thatched cottages, shops, cafes and ancient pubs. On a Tuesday morning experience the 'under cover' market which has everything from poultry and produce through to antiques, furniture and plants, an experience not to be missed! A short drive takes you to the reputedly haunted Okehampton Castle or for the more energetic enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dartmoor National Park by foot or by bike. Or why not explore the dramatic coastline of North Devon or the stunning scenery and pristine beaches of North Cornwall.
