Hepse door leads to compact lounge/diner with coal effect electric fire. Small kitchen with quarry-tiled floor and stairs lead to double bedroom with 4ft bed. The shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and WHB- offers more space than usual. Under the personal supervision of the owner. Colour TV. Electric cooker. Fridge. Microwave. Spin dryer. Spare blankets. Electric blanket. Fan heater in bedroom. Heated towel rail in shower room. Some personal extras. £1 meter for electricity. No linen supplied but this can be hired please enquire when booking, please No parking but public car park where you can buy a weekly ticket close by. Shops/pub/harbour 75 yards. Beach 20 yards. The Area
Harry’s Court is a pretty small courtyard located just around the corner from Porthmeor beach. It is named after Richard Harry, a member of a noted St. Ives family, who bought the site of an old bake house in the early 1839 and created Harry’s Court. These listed sweet-terraced fishermen’s cottages feature some interior stripped stone walls and modernisation retains their original character. They are ideally situated for anyone who likes to be on the flat to walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and Tate gallery. Harry’s Court offers a quiet retreat away from traffic.
