Gated driveway to property. Front door leads to hallway. Dining room with archway through to lounge boasting lovely garden views, woodburner and door leading to conservatory. Boot room. Wet room with step down to sink area. Utility room. Kitchen/breakfast room with patio doors leading out to the garden. Stairs lead up to landing area. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower. Double bedroom with en-suite shower. Twin bedroom. Bathroom including bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Further stairs lead to a lovely attic bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower (please note this room is not suitable for young children). Large garden areas with patios. Facilities: 3 colour TV's. DVD player. Video player. Radio. Woodburner. Electric cooker & hob. Microwave. Fridge with ice-box. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels included, please bring your own beach towels. Guests can bring own cot. Garden furniture. Parking for 4/5 cars. Beach approx 30mins drive. Shop/pub approx 10mins drive. Smoking in the garden areas only please. £250 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.
The Area
This beautiful detached house is set within its own lovely grounds on the outskirts of Stoke Rivers, a small and friendly hamlet just a few miles from Barnstaple. Nearby is the outstanding scenery of Exmoor National Park with its numerous walks, where you could glimpse wild Red Deer and Exmoor Ponies. An approximate 10mins drive will take you into Barnstaple for a host of entertainment from good shopping, theatre, cinema and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants. For spectacular beaches and surfing the waves, try nearby Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. Available for a short period only, so book early to avoid disappoint.
