Cornwall Cottages
A holiday in Cornwall is like no other. Renowned for magnificent coastlines, lush countryside and a mild climate, it is a county with a prevailing sense of freedom and tranquility. Our cottages in Cornwall are superbly located for the perfect break in the southwest.
The region’s wealth of tradition and heritage is vividly reflected in its mining museums, wildlife parks and award winning gardens. The Eden Project, near St Austell, is a stunning example of nature and tourism working together, providing a great day out for anybody staying at one of our delightful nearby Cornish cottages.
For generations people have visited this unique peninsula, knowing that whatever their preferences they will not be disappointed. The region is home to thriving seaside resorts such as Newquay, famous for its surfing beaches, and quaint villages such as the beautiful Padstow. Our Cornwall cottages cater for any kind of Southwest break.
Coastal Portreath is popular with surfers and with body boarders alike, with traditional shops and cafes that look up to the spectacular cliffs, surrounding the bay. For those that just can’t sit still there are plenty of cycle trails to choose from.
Padstow, made famous for its fish restaurants and beautiful harbour is further evidence of the charm that the north coast has to offer.
Moving further south, our St Ives holiday cottages are wonderfully located meaning you can explore a seemingly endless supply of galleries, fisherman’s cottages and shops. Offering fantastic beaches and plenty to do, our St Ives cottages are ideally placed to show off this beautiful part of the region. Our office is based in the centre of town and we are always on hand and ready to help. Nearby St Ives is the incredible Hayle Bay, offering 3 miles of golden sands; ideal for energetic families!
At the heart of Mounts Bay is the ancient market town of Marazion. Offering clean and safe sandy beaches, shops and restaurants galore, Marazion is even blessed with the stunning St Michaels Mount. Watch in wonder as the tide ebbs away to reveal the causeway, once walked by pilgrims. A great photo opportunity for your family album!
Once around Land’s End, delightful fishing villages abound, like picturesque Mousehole, which always promises a warm welcome. In the summer it has a bustling harbour and all the traditional offerings essential for a great Cornish holiday. Rather than just hibernating for winter this little charmer bursts into life with amazing Christmas lights, attracting guests from all over the world.
Cornwall really is a county for every season!
