Cottage Information

A newly refurbished, detached bungalow ideal for a family holiday. Entrance into hall leading to the spacious lounge/diner with a 46" LCD TV, freeview, blu-ray, Wii, dining table and chairs with patio doors to the rear garden.  Kitchen provides breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/drier and fridge/freezer.  Four bedrooms, one step down to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, wc, whb.  A double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and a cot.  Family bathroom with bath, shower over, wc and whb.  Front garden with lawn and the rear garden (with open views) is enclosed with lawn, patio and garden furniture,

Facilities:  TV, freeview, blu-ray, Wii, electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, high chair, electric and central heating included, bed linen supplied, driveways parking for 2 cars, non smoking property, beach & village 10 mins walk.  There is a £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.

Saundersfoot Area

Castle View is situated in a quiet area of Saundersfoot and within easy walking distance to the village center.  A very popular location for all, with shops, restaurants, beach and harbour.  Visit some of the local attractions, Oakwood, Heatherton, Manor house wildlife park and many more all within a short drive.
