The snug/TV room and cloakroom are just off the entrance hall which leads to the kitchen dining room with panoramic views of Castle and South Beach, the sea, St Catherine's Rock and across to Caldey Island. An oven, 4 ring hob, fridge, freezer are neatly fitted onto the back wall of the room so as not to spoil the proportions of the original dining room which features an original Pembroke dresser. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The owners would be the first to say that this is not a kitchen for an aspiring cordon bleu chef but definitely one to sit in and enjoy the view. The sweeping staircase leads to the drawing room (with another TV secreted in a Chinese cabinet!) again overlooking Castle and South Beach and with the original wrought iron balcony. On the first floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room with shower cubicle, WC and whb. (Bed linen and towels all provided and beds made up for arrival). The staircase continues to the master bedroom, again with stunning sea views, a double bedroom with views across the town to the church and a bathroom with bath, wc and whb. The third floor comprises of two bedrooms, the visitors have the choice of using them as either double bedrooms or twin bedrooms (please advise on booking). Also on this floor is a shower room with shower cubicle, wc and whb. The original (& listed) staircase & balcony means the property is not suitable for children under 10. The property enjoys the use of communal gardens (access through sash window) overlooking the beach and off street parking for one car.

Lexden Terrace was owned for 30 years by Augustus John's Father and the artist himself spent time in this "desirable residence" as August John's biographer, Michael Holroyd, describes this handsome stuccoed four-storey early Victorian house on "the finest terrace in Tenby".Tenby is a vibrant and busy seaside resort with fabulous beaches and picturesque harbour. The narrow cobbled streets are lined with cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops to browse.
