Entrance to hallway leading to two ground floor bedrooms,  twin bedded room with beautiful sea views and master double with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.  A family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, toilet and whb.  Stairs leading to open plan light and airy lounge, TV with freeview, kitchen and dining area.  Separate bunk bedded room.   From the lounge double doors lead onto balcony with breathtaking views of Saundersfoot and coastline, with table and chairs to sit and relax with your glass of wine and watch the ever changing scenery.  The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, gas hob,  eye level electric oven and microwave.   Use of shared small indoor heated swimming pool. Parking for 1 car.
