Cottage Information

Large detached house recently renovated to a high standard with entrance hall, steps lead down to lower back ground floor with stunning kitchen/diner with every possible convenience, large double gas range style cooker and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Back door leads to rear enclosed garden and decking. A couple of steps lead down to large lounge with patio doors again leading to rear decking and garden with furniture. Five bedrooms, a twin on the ground floor and a double bedroom, a small flight of stairs lead to a twin bedroom, and another small flight of stairs lead to two further double bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one with double power shower, bath, toilet and whb. A second with shower and whb. Two further toilets one on the first floor and one on the ground floor by the kitchen. Lovely rear garden with large decked area and lawn with a back gate leading directly into the rectory car park. Two free car park tickets both for the harbour included.

Saundersfoot Area

Detached house in the heart of Saundersfoot village, just 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops, post office and restaurants. The harbour is a lovely walk in the evenings, where boats land fish daily, and there are trips for sight seeing and fishing. With a wide variety and over 35 places to eat there is something for everyone. A ten minute drive will take you to all the local attractions with adventure parks, horse riding, shooting, go carting and 3 18 hole golf courses. Many sandy beaches all along the coast and miles of stunning walks along the cliff paths. Tenby town is just a five minute drive with its cobbled streets and town walls.
