Cottage Information

Entrance via hall into large lounge/diner with patio doors leading out to rear small patio and garden. Separate fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washing machine. Four bedrooms, a master double room on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and fitted bedroom furniture. Stairs lead to three further bedrooms, a second double, a twin and a single, all beds have duvets and bed linen supplied with beds make up for your arrival. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet and whb.

Facilities: COL TV, DVD, WASHING MACHINE , MICROWAVE OVEN, BED LINEN INCLUDED. CENTRAL HEATING AND ELECTRIC INCLUDED, PARKING FOR 1 CAR IN DRIVE AND POSSIBLE ON ROAD PARKING TO REAR OF PROPERTY. PETS ALLOWED SEPTEMBER - MAY ONLY.

Saundersfoot Area

Spacious link detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac just ¾ mile into the centre of Saundersfoot village with its super harbour with boat trips going daily for sight seeing and fishing. The lovely sandy beach is great for children, many restaurants serving excellent food, pubs, shops, post office and take away all in Saundersfoot. Much to see and do in the area with Oakwood adventure park, Heatherton country sports, Dinosaur park, Wild Life park and three 18 hole golf courses all within a 10 minute drive.
