Cottage Information

Entrance hall leads to farmhouse style kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, microwave oven and breakfast table and chairs. Large sitting room/dining room with log burning stove  -  great for those cosy nights by the fire. Stairs lead to three bedrooms; a double, and two twin bedrooms all with duvets and beds made up for your arrival. Most rooms have views of the river. Family bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and whb. Downstairs cloakroom with wc and whb and washing machine in small utility area. As this is no longer a working farm, there is ample room for the children to play. A rough steep track leads down from the main garden to a lawn with a slipway access to the river. An ideal spot to get away from it all, go to the beach or go for long walks along the coastal path.

Facilities: Col TV, DVD, Travel Cot, High Chair, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Bed Linen included, 2 pets welcome in downstairs area only. Central heating, Wood burner (logs supplied), ample parking for 4 cars and boat, Beach 5 miles at Freshwater East.

Cosheston Area

Large detached farm house set in a tranquil picturesque spot in acres of space where you can take your boat with you on holiday as the lower garden has direct access to the Cleddau river, the boat can be launched just a little further down river and be moored at the bottom of the garden. Ideal for water skiing, fishing or just taking the boat for a ride up river to the many pubs along the bank. Neyland harbour offers boat trips for people without their own boat. All water sports are also available. Much to see and do in the area with many adventure parks, Stackpole, the famous Lilly ponds at Bosherston, and Barafundle voted recently best picnic spot in Britain are all within a 15 minute drive.
