As this is no longer a working farm, there is ample room for the children to play. A rough steep track leads down from the main garden to a lawn with a slipway access to the river. An ideal spot to get away from it all, go to the beach or go for long walks along the coastal path.

Large detached farm house set in a tranquil picturesque spot in acres of space where you can take your boat with you on holiday as the lower garden has direct access to the Cleddau river, the boat can be launched just a little further down river and be moored at the bottom of the garden. Ideal for water skiing, fishing or just taking the boat for a ride up river to the many pubs along the bank. Neyland harbour offers boat trips for people without their own boat. All water sports are also available. Much to see and do in the area with many adventure parks, Stackpole, the famous Lilly ponds at Bosherston, and Barafundle voted recently best picnic spot in Britain are all within a 15 minute drive.
