Cottage Information

Eaton Cottage is a luxury character cottage, built in around 1800, but fully renovated by the present owners just a few years ago. Entrance porch leads to open plan spacious kitchen/diner with slate floor, large table and chairs for dining, fitted units with granite work tops and Belfast sink, large gas range style cooker with 6 rings and a huge oven and grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, back door leads to rear enclosed patio and garden with furniture. Separate lounge, large flat screen freeview HD TV and video/DVD player with patio doors again leading to patio and garden. Stairs lead to two bedrooms, a large double with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes,  flat screen TV with DVD player & VCR (with Freeview). Twin bedded room with TV/DVD player for connection to games console (not supplied) and with fitted wardrobes. All bed linen supplied and beds made up for your arrival. Family bathroom with bath, toilet, a whb and power shower.

Facilities: Col Tv's. Travel cot. Highchair. Bed linen included (No towels provided). Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Private parking for 2 cars, Beach half mile at Lydstep. This is strictly a no smoking property. £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after a satisfactory inspection. Friday - Friday Changeover.

Lydstep Area

Detached cottage set in the heart of the tiny village of Lydstep just 5 minutes from Tenby and Manorbier. From Lydstep village a back lane just a 5 minute walk leads to Lydstep headlands and beach which is one of the prettiest in Pembrokeshire. The Lydstep Tavern serves good food and welcomes children with beer garden, the village also has a good restaurant and health and beauty spa with spectacular views. Manorbier just a 5 minute drive has village shop, post office, Norman castle and super beach which is very popular with surfers and great rock pools for children. Much to see and do in the area with adventure parks, open farms, museums and miles of beautiful cliff top walks something for everyone, a great property in a very central location.
