Cottage Information

Set in an elevated spot overlooking the beach with front door and entrance hall leading to open plan living and dining areas taking full advantage of the views and patio door leading out onto the veranda/decking. Patio with private steps leading down with direct access to the beach. The lounge also has a wood burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, hob, microwave oven, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Four bedrooms one on the ground floor with patio door leading out to decking, ground floor shower wet room with toilet and whb. Stairs lead to three further bedrooms a master double with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out onto balcony overlooking the beach and far reaching sea views, and two twin bedrooms both with sea views, bed linen supplied and beds made up for your arrival. Family bathroom with toilet, whb and shower over bath. Decking area and patio with garden furniture ideal for al fresco eating.

Facilities: Col TV. Broadband. Wi Fi available. DVD Washer/Drier, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Cot/highchair on request, State of the art Solar Central heating and hot water system with under floor heating (Having been tested in the coldest conditions and its great). Wheelchair friendly for ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Parking for 2 cars. Beach on door step. 

Friday - Friday Changeover. This is a non smoking property. £150 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.

Wisemans Bridge Area

Amazing detached house in an enviable position right on the beach in Wisemans Bridge which is just a short drive or walk when the tide is out from Saundersfoot. A great house for a holiday any time of year with miles of beautiful coastal path walks in both directions towards Tenby and Pendine. A great place for painters or bird watchers and a very special place for children with beach on your door step. The house has spectacular unbroken sea views from nearly every window. Having recently been totally re-built and furbished to take full advantage of its position. Centrally located for all local attractions with Oakwood adventure park, Heatherton Country sports open all year, horse riding, and clay pigeon shooting, and three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive.
