Cottage Information

Entrance Hall. Large lounge with super views and feature stone fireplace, TV and French Doors onto totally enclosed large garden. Second lounge with TV/DVD (ideal for children). Large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with table and chairs and an Aga cooker giving a warm welcome anytime of the year. Additional Halogen hob and oven with multi-function microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Amazing dining room with picture window and a very large oak dining table where everyone can dine together. Eight bedrooms; seven on the first floor comprising three doubles (one with a four poster bed), two twin bedrooms, a children's bunk bedded room and double bedroom with 4ft bed. One double bedroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a hand basin; bed linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival. Three bathrooms, one with bath/toilet/whb, one with bath/toilet/whb and separate shower cubicle and a shower room with toilet/whb on the ground floor. A separate toilet upstairs. Enclosed garden, and shared use of swimming pools (see introduction).

FACILITIES: 2 TVs/DVDs, Washing Machine, Full kitchen appliances, additional larder/fridges, 2 Cots, 2 High Chairs. Electric and Hot Water £30 per week, central heating £40 per week both payable to the owner before leaving. Bed linen included. £200 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Sorry no dogs allowed. Parking for 5 cars. Golden beaches, golf courses, theme parks and seaside towns within five miles. FRIDAY to  FRIDAY CHANGEOVER

St Florence Area

East Tarr Farm is situated just 10 minutes walk through the wooded valley along the Ritec river to the award winning floral village of St Florence with 2 good pubs both serving excellent food who welcome children and village shop. This is a thriving mixed farm with cattle, sheep, horses and arable crops. There is an 18 hold golf course open all year to visitors only 1 mile. Ample space for the children to play with large safe areas and lawns for the energetic, a basket ball hoop. The swimming pools are open to all. Outdoor pool from May - Sept (weather permitting) and Indoor pool - heated all year. Coin operated washing and drying facilities in the outside utility room. Many local attractions all with a 10 minute drive with Tenby 3 safe sandy beaches, Dinosaur Park, Heatherton Country Sports, Manor House Leisure Park all within 3 miles. Free Christmas tree etc. for all Christmas bookings. St Florence village shop have a grocery service for arrival.
