Quaint semi detached cottage with entrance via small front garden to lounge with kitchen/diner with electric cooker and microwave oven. Cute downstairs bathroom with small deep seat bath, toilet and whb. Cottage stairs lead to first pretty dorma bedroom with connecting beds and en-suite shower room. Small second bedroom with children's bunk beds. Large grounds and communal gardens where children are welcome to play, seating and eating areas for all.

Facilities: 19" Flat screen TV with DVD player. Shared utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, deep freezer and toilet. All bed linen and duvets provided, beds made up for arrival. Travel cot and high chair available, storage heating included, £1 electric meter. Pets Welcome. Ample parking, lawns, gardens and games room. Amroth beach 6 miles away.

Amroth (Nr) Area

Penderry is a pretty traditional farmhouse set in the tranquil country side of Lampeter Vale. The Dairy and The Stables are semi detached character cottages joining the main farm building, with lovely views across the wooded valley.

The small holding is less than 10 minutes drive from the bustling little town of Narberth with all its facilities. The beautiful sandy beach of Amroth is only 6 miles away. It is an ideal holiday base for families, walkers and nature lovers. Children love exploring the orchards, woods and stream (all safely tucked well away from the road), also with the eco friendly farm practices mean the 50 acre holding boasts a huge variety of butterflies, birds and wild flowers.

There are friendly farm pets, a big trampoline, swings and a large well equipped games room with table tennis, rides and sit on toys.
