Cottage Information

Entrance porch covered in clematis, leads to sunny cosy lounge with gas fire. Dining room leading to super fully fitted kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and microwave oven. Back door leads off into lovely sun porch, ideal for reading a book with a glass of wine, leading to rear terraced garden with patio and furniture. Stairs lead to 3 pretty bedrooms, two doubles, and one single all matching soft furnishings. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath, whb, electric shower and toilet.

Facilities: Col. TV, DVD, Freeview, parking for 2 cars. All inclusive electric, gas, and bed linen. Central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Cots/highchair charged at £5 per item, request at time of booking. £50 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after a satisfactory inspection. This is a no smoking property.

Saundersfoot Area

Beautiful quaint cottage in a superb area of Saundersfoot, with a flat walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and harbour. Set in the heart of the village, ideal location for the young and old, with private parking and enclosed terraced rear garden. Many attractions locally, with Oakwood, Folly Farm, potteries, horse riding and two 18 hole golf courses, all within a ten minute drive.
