Cottage Information

Semi-detached bungalow in a sunny position, with front and rear lawns. Entrance hall leads to kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave with dining area and sea views, sunny lounge with electric fire, colour TV and more sea views. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room overlooking a rear enclosed lawn with patio and garden furniture. Bathroom with bath, toilet, WHB and shower.

Facilities: Col T.V, Pets allowed, Parking for 2 cars. Central heating, Electric at £10.00 per week payable to Powells. No bed linen. Beach 0.25 mile at Saundersfoot.

Saundersfoot Area

Situated in an elevated position with sea views from the lounge and kitchen, just a 10-minute walk down to the beach and harbour at Saundersfoot. There is a Post Office, shops, restaurants and pubs all in the village.
