Cottage Information

Entrance porch leads to hall, small flight of stairs leads to spacious lounge with feature fire place with gas fire and colour TV, spacious modern fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge & freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Back door leads to sunny large rear patio and decked terrace area. Three bedrooms one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom. Bathroom with bath, toilet, whb and shower, and a separate second toilet and whb. All beds have duvets and bed linen provided. The house is tastefully decorated throughout, and is on three floors. Enclosed small front garden and rear patio and decked terrace area.

Detached house just 10 minutes walk to Saundersfoot beach and harbour, ideally situated for a family holiday with all major attractions just 10 minutes drive, adventure parks, open farms, potteries, art galleries, Norman castles, riding, fishing, boat trips, and indoor swimming pool all within 10 minutes. Saundersfoot village has a lovely harbour, over 26 places to eat, shops, post office and tennis courts.
