Cottage Information

Entrance hall leads to large lounge with super bay window overlooking the sea and pleasant dining area to one end of lounge. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and breakfast table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer. A great conservatory at the rear of the property. Downstairs toilet, stairs lead to the three bedrooms, master double bedroom with sea views, col tv and en-suite shower room and seperate toilet, a twin bedroom and a bunk room. Bedrooms have duvets and bed linen provided. Bathroom with bath, WHB and toilet. 

Facilities:Col TV.DVD/CD cassette radio. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge, freezer.Bed Linen supplied. Private parking for two cars. All electricity and gas included. Central heating. All pets allowed. Beach 150 metres.

Saundersfoot Area

In a prime position in Saundersfoot, overlooking the beach and harbour. A real gentleman's residence front patio and rear enclosed gardens. A two-minute walk to all shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach. Boat trips can be taken from the harbour for fishing, and sightseeing or all watersports are available. The sandy beach is great any time of year, for children in the summer and great to get away from it all in the Autumn/Winter and blow those cobwebs and worries at work away.
