Cottage Information

Imposing house with large conservatory style entrance porch, for coats and boots leads through to the hall and lounge beyond with picture windows overlooking the beach. Large patio doors lead out to a spacious decked area overlooking the Bay with direct access to the beach. A shower on the deck for washing off the sand. A modern kitchen with large range style cooker, 2 dishwashers, microwave oven and a utility room with washing machine, fridge/freezer and tumble drier. There is a downstairs toilet, whb and shower. Stairs lead to the first floor with 4 spacious bedrooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom with picture windows overlooking the sea, and two further childrens twin bedrooms. Two further bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath. A further flight of stairs lead to the master double suite with stunning sea views and a lounge area, sun bed room and en suite bathroom with bath, toilet and shower. All bedrooms have quality fitted furniture. Down in the basement is a great escape for children with ping pong table, pool table, TV and games. There is also a sauna with shower and whb. Dining area with large table to seat 10. This is a perfect location for a fantastic holiday anytime of year.

A fantastic property in a most sought after location along The Strand in Saundersfoot. Superb location for a holiday anytime of year for the whole family. The house is well presented, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The house takes full advantage of its fantastic location with panoramic views from almost every window across Saundersfoot beach and bay beyond. A flat walk will take you to the shops and restaurants in the village, but with the amenities offered in the property it would be hard to leave. Offering a sun bed, sauna, a fully equipped games room in the cellar for the children ideal location any time of year for a holiday.
