Cottage Information

Sea View is a holiday bungalow with fantastic sea view. The front of the property is approached by steps to an enclosed porch with views over the bay. The front door and entrance hall lead to an L -shaped kitchen/diner (3 steps to diner) with gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a microwave. Spacious lounge with log effect gas fire and patio doors leading to sun terrace area with unspoilt views over the bay ideal to sit and relax in the evening. Three bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms the third a single bedroom (with pull out bed to make into a twin bedded room) with sea views and approached by 3 steps. Family bathroom with bath shower over, toilet & whb. Small conservatory has doors leading to patio and enclosed garden with garden furniture.

Facilities: Colour TV. Freeview. DVD Radio. Electric Neff oven and Neff gas hob. Washing machine. Fridge and freezer. Electric & central heating included. Bed Linen included beds made up for your arrival. Parking on drive for 1 car.

Sea View is a beautifully positioned detached bungalow which sits in an elevated position in a quiet area of Saudersfoot enjoying fabulous sea views. A 10 minutes walk takes you into the centre of the village with its safe sandy beaches, harbour with boat trips daily for sight seeing or fishing, shops, inns and restaurants serving fresh local produce.
