Cottage Information

Door into entrance hall leading into a light and airy kitchen diner with a nautical theme throughout. A fully fitted kitchen with electric oven with hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar and separate dining area. There is a downstairs toilet with whb. Lounge with electric woodburning effect fire. Upstairs three spacious bedrooms all with sea views, one a super king sized double, a king sized double bedded room and a twin bedded room all with bed linen provided (towels not supplied). Bathroom with bath - shower over, toilet & whb. Outside enclosed decked patio garden area with garden furniture ideal to sit and relax with a good book and a glass of wine.

Facilities: Sea Views. Col TV/DVD, Electric fire, Central heating, Electric cooker, hob, washing machine, Tumble Drier, Fridge/freezer, microwave, Bed Linen supplied (towels not provided). Stair gate. Ample parking for 2 cars. Beach 50 yards. No smoking property. Friday - Friday Changeover.

This super detached cottage is positioned on The Strand, just 50 yards from the sandy beach and a short stroll into the centre of the village. Saundersfoot is ideal for the whole family with many eating places, gift shops, ice cream parlours and a picturesque harbour. There are numerous attractions with Oakwood and Folly Farm just a short drive away.
