Cottage Information

The coach house has been tastefully converted with ample space and is all on the ground floor. Double doors lead from courtyard into large spacious lounge with coal effect fire and col tv, separate newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and dining area with pine table and chairs. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and whb. Ideal property for people with disabilities. Within the grounds is a patio with bbq area with garden furniture. Shared lawns at front of the Manor House with an acre and half of landscaped gardens with lawns, terraces, orchards and fish ponds.

Facilites. Flatscreen Col TV/DVD/Video, CD/CD-MP3 player/DAB radio also a multi media player, selection of DVDs videos and CDs. Travel cot and highchair. Bed Linen and towels included, tea tray on arrival. Dishwasher. Microwave. Cooker. Shared use of washing machine.  Full central heating/electric included. Restaurant 250 yards. Pub and shop 1 mile. Parking for 2 cars and boat. Beach 7 miles.

Converted coach house at Hafodwen Country House, formerly the old coach houses, set in picturesque grounds in a central location. Lots of family attractions like Pemberton Chocolate Factory, Oakwood Adventure Parks and miles of beautiful country walks all within a 10 minutes drive.
