Cottage Information

Solid oak floors lead through the ground floor reception rooms offering lounge with comfortable settees, TV, DVD, Freeview and CD player. The dining room adjoins one of the reception rooms and has seating for 8 people. The kitchen is fitted with modern Bosch appliances, electric oven, 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a large fridge/freezer, tumble drier and washing machine in the utility room. The ground floor bedroom has a truckle bed that converts to either 2 singles or a large double. There is also a travertine tiled wet room downstairs that incorporates a shower, WC and washbasin. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms; two having king sized beds with bay frontage overlooking Caldey Island. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Main bathroom with oak floor, roll top bath, Matki shower, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, to the rear of the property is an enclosed and private slate tiled courtyard with patio furniture and BBQ FACILITIES; Col TV, Wi Fi Available, DVD, CD, Cot & Highchair provided, washing machine/drier. Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob. Gas central heating. Bed linen provided and beds made up for guests arrival. Private parking for 1 car, also public car parks nearby. Patio to rear. Beach 20 metres. 2 pets welcome October - March (to be kept downstairs only)£50 damage deposit when taking a pet, payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Sorry no smoking.

Woodbine Cottage is a super Grade II listed four bedroomed property, dating back to the 18th century and located within the historic walls of Tenby and benefiting from its own parking for one vehicle. It is 50 yards from the Paragon and South Beach and a minute to walk to the shops and bars of Tenby centre. A quality cottage in a perfect location.
