Cottage Information

An immaculate new apartment, accessed from undercover private parking by lift or stairs. The very modern kitchen has patio doors leading to private decking for al fresco eating and overlooks the woods of the National Park. The living area has two sofas, a dining table that will extend to seat six and a full range of entertainment from PS2 to family games and overlooks a shared sun patio. Bedrooms comprise one spacious en-suite with two person shower, king size bed and built in wardrobe and second with two single beds and ample storage. Separate family bathroom with bath and shower. A secure garage means everything from beach equipment to bikes can be safely and conveniently stored.

Facilities: TV, DVD, PS2, Ipod dock, Washer/drier, Dishwasher, touch top ceramic hob, oven and built in microwave. £10 charge for Gas October - April payable on booking. All electric included. £10 charge for gas October-April payable on booking. Linen/towels included. Selection of beach and fishing gear in garage. £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. This is a non smoking property.
