Cottage Information
Entrance leads to a communal hallway with direct access to this ground floor apartment. Large lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs. TV with digital box and freeview. Integral kitchen with electric cooker and oven, fridge, microwave. Separate private laundry room off the hall with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a double bedded room and a room with a single bed. *There is also a sofa bed in lounge for 1 person if required. Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand wash basin and WC. Shared gardens across the road with seating overlooking North Beach. Parking permit for 1 car registration required on booking. (Parking permit not available on last minute bookings) Public car park nearby. FACILITIES: Colour TV with freeview. DVD player. Electric oven and hob, microwave. Washing machine and tumble drier. Electric storage heating, £10 payable per week payable on booking for electric (September - April). Parking permit for one car (see conditions above). Bed linen supplied and beds made up for arrival. Beach across the road.
