Cottage Information

The Lookout is a beautiful newly built duplex townhouse. The lounge /dining room offers lovely views towards Saundersfoot Bay being positioned on the first floor. Modern, contemporary luxury furnishings together with a flat screen tv/dvd make this property an ideal stay for families and couples. The luxury kitchen is open plan to the lounge with all appliances available. Downstairs, are two bedrooms, the master having a double bed and the second room with twin beds. The full bathroom has bath, shower, WC and hand wash basin and there is also a handy cloakroom area and under stairs storage cupboard.  The master bedroom leads to a patio garden equipped with garden furniture.

FACILITIES: Colour tv/dvd, full gas central heating. (£15 payable for heating September - April inc).Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine /drier, dishwasher. Linen provided and beds made up for arrival. Travel Cot, Stairgate & High Chair available. Private parking for 1 car. Visitor's spaces may be available. Patio garden with garden furniture to the rear. This is a no smoking property.

Saundersfoot Area

The Lookout is ideally located half way up St Brides Hill allowing easy access to Glen Beach and within a short walk to Saundersfoot village with its array of shops, bars and restaurants. Tenby is a few miles drive away, steeped in history and offers boat trips daily to Caldey Island with its unique monastery, mackerel fishing trips and leisure cruises. Explore nearby Narberth and stroll around the quaint shops, filled with antiques or hand made local crafts and delight in the coastal views and stunning white sand beaches of Pembrokeshire.
