Stairs or lift lead to this third floor apartment, with views overlooking the beach and busy harbour. Fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, breakfast bar, sea and harbour views. Lounge also with sea views, TV, freeview, DVD player also dining table and chairs. Bathroom, bath, shower over, wc, and whb. Bedroom with double bed. Visitors have shared use of a small balcony which runs to the front of the property which has access to other apartments with views overlooking the harbour. Across the road are public gardens with steps leading directly to the beach.
