Bats, Rats and Superstitions in Tenby

If you’re enjoying a stay in one of the many Tenby cottages this October half-term, there’s an excellent opportunity for a little Halloween fun at the town’s Tudor Merchant's House.

The late 15th-century town house is the ideal location for a little spooky fun, and the event should make for a great family day out. Visitors will be able to learn all about the Tudors and their supernatural beliefs, discovering whether they celebrated Halloween or had pumpkins. One thing is for sure though, and that’s the fact the Tudors had numerous stories about witches, ghosts and ghouls.

There’s also the opportunity for guests to take part in a fun quiz based on what they learn during the day with the chance to win a prize! The event takes place over the half-term, from October 27th – November 4th, with the house open between 11am and 4:30pm.
